We realize that returns and complaints of goods can sometimes be difficult and complicated, so we have done our best to make the whole process easier for you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your furniture, it can be returned in its original/unused condition for a full refund (excluding shipping) or replacement within 7 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.

Please note that return shipping fees will apply unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Register your return by filling out our complaint form and providing us with information about the reason for returning the product.
  2. In order to streamline the return procedure, prepare the invoice you received with your order.
  3. You can return the goods via our courier or choose another method that is most convenient for you.
  4. Please remember that the return must be made in the original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: If you incorrectly protect the product and it gets damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.

  5. For your safety, take a photo of the packed product before handing it to the courier.
  6. Finally, hand over the returned goods to the courier.
  7. The courier company will deliver the parcel collected from you to our warehouse, where we will register the return and check the product. We will refund the amount due no later than 7 days after the delivery of your product to the warehouse.


The costs of sending the return by our courier will be deducted from the amount returned to you. Alternatively, you can send or deliver the package yourself to the address:
