1. Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures safe delivery of your furniture to your doorstep within the estimated timeframe.
White Glove Delivery: For an additional fee, opt for our white glove delivery service where our professionals will deliver and install your furniture in your desired room. They'll also remove any packaging materials, leaving you with a ready-to-use setup. Please be advised that this option is available for selected areas. To check if your location is eligible, please contact us at info@mocohome.ca.
Store Pickup: Prefer to pick up your furniture yourself? Select our store pickup option during checkout, and we'll have your order ready for you at our designated pickup location.
2. Shipping Rates:
We offer a flat shipping fee of $99 across Canada.
White glove delivery charges are calculated based on your location. To get an accurate quote please contact us at info@mocohome.ca.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
Our team strives to process and ship orders promptly. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery times may vary based on product availability, shipping method, and your location. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, including any delays that may occur.
4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
In some cases, (especially for white glove delivery), our team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time and provide updates as needed.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. We are working to provide our customers with international shipping soon.
All pallet deliveries (sofa beds, sectionals, armchairs etc.) to residential addresses will require an appointment delivery along with a tailgate service to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
While we take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Our customer service team will work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether it involves arranging for a replacement, providing a refund, or initiating a repair process (if applicable).
7. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your furniture, it can be returned in its original/unused condition for a full refund (excluding shipping) or replacement within 7 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.
Please note that return shipping fees will apply unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
